With the blessing and endorsement of Rosh HaYeshiva, HaRav Binaymin Finkel, shlita, hundreds of Israeli bochurim at the legendary Mir Yeshiva have gained a greater awareness and practical advice about smart money management, thanks to two recent Mesila programs. Some 130 engaged and newly-married young men participated in a seminar for chassanim on maintaining economic independence in household finances. For younger bochurim, Mesila provided an interactive activity on wise consumerism. Combining a lecture and a quiz game with prizes, this program entertained and enlightened 120 bochurim with new financial awareness during a bein hazmanim camp at the yeshiva.
