Mesila Lakewood 2 Session Coaching Track
Practical Help for Frum Families Under Financial Pressure
In 2 meetings over about 2-3 weeks, we help you:
- See the full picture of your income, tuition, debts, and upcoming expenses
- Build an emergency budget for “tight months” so you don’t panic
- Identify places to cut or streamline without breaking your home
- Understand which government programs, bank options, or community resources may apply to you
This is not an investment scheme or get‑rich promise. It’s a Torah‑aligned, practical reset for real families.
Who this is for:
– Working/learning families in Lakewood
– Feeling constant pressure from tuition, debt, or overdraft
– Need clear next steps, but are not ready for a full 6‑session track
– Want a private, no‑shame place to get organized and make a plan
2-Meeting Coaching Process:
2 x 1¼ hour meetings
Meetings are usually 2-3 weeks apart
Meeting 1 – Full picture & emergency plan
– Map out expected expenses (tuition, rent/mortgage, groceries, childcare, loans, upcoming simchas)
– Review current income and any income‑enhancement ideas
– Build a simple “emergency budget” for tight periods: what gets paid first, what can wait, and what can be reduced
Between meetings:
You’ll get a short list of practical steps (phone calls, forms, changes) to move you forward before Meeting 2.
Meeting 2 – Fixes & support options
– Review what changed since Meeting 1
– Look at debt structure, overdraft, and possible ways to lower pressure
– Identify relevant government programs, bank options, and community resources
– Finalize a clear, written plan for the next 60–90 days
All meetings are one‑on‑one and confidential. No group sharing, no public details.
