Jerusalem was the latest location for one of Mesila’s popular seminars for entrepreneurs and owners of existing businesses. Carried out in partnership with the Israeli government’s MAOF agency for small businesses and the Kivun Haredi employment center, the event attracted 130 participants. It featured a presentation on turning business dreams into reality by Moshe Elias, director of Mesila’s business counseling division, along with workshops on increasing sales and enlarging profits. The seminar also served as a launching pad: at its close, many participants who seek to open new businesses signed up for a subsidized Mesila course on entrepreneurship.
